NCAAHPERD-SM’s conventions are designed with the needs and interests of our members in mind. Many of them consider the exhibits the highlight of the convention. They look forward to browsing the exhibits and expect to learn new ideas, find bargains and make purchases on-site! Our schedule always includes dedicated exhibit times so that attendees take a break from sessions to focus on you! So, exhibit with us and take advantage of our convention’s high exhibit area traffic featuring convention goers used to first-rate exhibitions and prepared to make purchases on-site!

Cost-Effective Advertising Opportunities

We offer several advertising opportunities designed to reach potential buyers, including online opportunities designed to introduce your products and services to attendees before the event! We also offer unique opportunities to set your business apart from other exhibitors by sponsoring our Annual Awards Luncheon or advertising in the convention program.


Exhibition Booth Orders

We have three options for exhibiting tables, non-profit, single booth, and double booths. This is a great way to sell your materials with eager attendees willing to buy materials for their classes. Each booth has an 8 ft tall back drape and 3 ft tall side dividers. We will be working with Hollins Exposition Services to set up the vendor area. 

When submitting your exhibition booth order, you will be asked to provide the names and contact information for up to two people to staff your exhibit booth. Please make your best estimation as to who will be staffing the exhibit. However, you can contact Aimee Scott at or by calling

Exhibitor Presentations 

Exhibitors may submit proposals to present at the convention. Exhibitors are limited to submitting 2 proposals and are limited to 2 presentations. Furthermore, an exhibitor must identify their proposals as being connected with an exhibit on the presentation proposal. 

This year exhibitors have the option for add tote inserts and advertisements at a discounted rate when purchasing a booth. These prices are only for those purchasing an exhibit booth.

Deliver your material directly into the hands of attendees as they arrive. This advertising option provides up to 1,000 copies of your printed materials into the convention totes attendants receive at registration. This is one of the most popular advertising solutions.

Place an ad in the convention program to ensure all attendees know your company’s name and the services you can provide them. Many attendees keep the convention programs for years to come.

Event Sponsorship

Demonstrate your company’s commitment to NCAAHPERD-SM professionals and their mission with a tax-deductible* sponsorship. You can communicate directly with a majority of attendees or target the NCAAHPERD-SM leadership! Opportunities include placing your organization’s logo on prominent signage, taking advantage of brief speaking opportunities, and having your sponsorship prominently placed in the convention program. (* May is not available in all areas.)

Sponsor a Teacher- $400

This is a sponsorship for a teacher to attend the NCAAHPERD-SM Convention. This sponsorship will help a teacher with their registration cost, room, and travel. In exchange, your company will be listed in the program book and on a sign out front.

Past Presidents’ Luncheon- $300

Share a meal and your message during a brief speaking opportunity at this luncheon for respected past, present and future leaders of NCAAHPERD-SM.

Awards Ceremony- $500

This sponsorship of the awards luncheon, with this sponsorship we will put your sign/banner in the awards luncheon room. We will also add your information and advertisement to the awards booklet.

Keynote- $800

The second annual Keynote will be Thursday morning. We will put a sign/banner up for you in the room and we will add your name to all our advertisements for the Keynote.
