Convention 2015 will be held in downtown Winston-Salem, October 29-31st. There will be many great opportunities to get the word out about your organization through our convention.
We have three options for exhibiting tables, non-profit, single booth, and double booths. This is a great way to sell your materials with eager attendees willing to buy materials for their classes. Each booth has an 8 ft tall back drape and 3 ft tall side dividers.
Non-profit is a great option for schools and universities too, this includes a 7 in x 44 in sign, 6 ft table, 2 chairs and one waste basket.
Single Booth includes a 7 in x 44 in sign, 6 ft table, 2 chairs and one waste basket.
Double booth includes a 7 in x 44 in sign, two 6 ft table, 4 chairs and one waste basket.
Each attendee receives a bag at registration this is a fantastic way to get your message in people's hands. This year we are making it easier for vendors who have a exhibit booth to also bag stuff at a special rate.
Our E-Newsletter reaches over 1,000 Educators and Professionals making this an easy opportunity for your company or organization to spread its information out.
There are several different options to advertise in our program, from 1/4 of a page to full page options. There are special rates for exhibitors this year.
There are many ways to show your support for NCAAHPERD-SM through different sponsorships.
Luncheon Sponsorships
There are lunch sponsorships for our Awards Luncheon and Past Presidents/Freinds Luncheon, as a thank you we will have a sign and make an announcement at the luncheon. We will also have a thank you in the convention program. We can accommodate different amounts of sponsorships if need be please call for different rate packages.
Sponsor a Teacher
Sponsor a teacher to attend the convention. This will help teachers pay for their attendance fee, substitute, room or travel. As a thank you we will have a thank you page in our program and a sign at registration. We can accommodate different amounts of sponsorships if need be please call for different rate packages.
Keynote
The Keynote Sponsorship includes a thank you sign and an announcement at the keynote. We will also have a thank you in the convention program. We can accommodate different amounts of sponsorships if need be please call for different rate packages.

These reduced rates only apply to vendors who purchased a booth. We have discounted other advertising opportunities for our exhibitors.
General Convention and Exhibitor Information
For electricity please contact the Benton Convention Center. Setup will be Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Exhibit hall will be open Thursday-Saturday, with an option to leave Friday night.
The Benton Convention Center is in downtown Winston-Salem and has two hotels serving it, the Embassy and the Marriott.
