The 2021 NC SHAPE Annual Convention is set to be held October 31 - November 2, 2021, at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
Call for Proposals: NC SHAPE is now accepting proposals for the 2021 Annual Convention.
Please Note: Currently, we are proceeding with an in-person situation for this event. While it looks more and more possible to have an in-person event, we may be requesting a pre-made video presentation of 40-45 minutes if we need to go virtual.
Call for Award Nominations: NC SHAPE is now accepting award nominations for outstanding teaching and professional involvement.
Our Timeline
May 1, 2021: All award nominations and "Calls for Proposals" are due by May 1, 2021.
May 15, 2021: All awardees and accepted "Calls for Proposals" will be selected by May 15, 2021.
May 31, 2021: All award recipients and accepted "Calls for Proposals" will be notified by May 31, 2021.
