NC SHAPE annually recognizes outstanding teaching and professional involvement at our state convention. This year the NC SHAPE Awards Reception will be held on Wednesday, November 29, at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem.
This event is by invitation only.
Each awardee is allowed a free “Plus 1” and may invite their school principal and superintendent to attend for free as well.
Awardees may use this form to purchase tickets for guests other than their “Plus 1” or school administrators.
