The NC SHAPE Board of Directors is working hard to prepare for the 2024 State Convention! Our convention is well attended. We typically draw over 500 attendees. This year, we not only offer face-to-face exhibit booths but have added virtual exhibitions in our Whova convention app. Simply put, that means more exposure, which means more leads - more bang for your buck!

Exhibitor Convention Booths:

• Exhibitors purchasing a single booth automatically receive one breakout session at the convention.

• Exhibitors purchasing a double booth receive 2 breakout sessions.

  • Exhibitors may submit their breakout sessions here.

• Both single and double booth purchases include Exhibitor listing in the Whova App.
  

• Each booth has an 8-foot-tall back drape and 3-foot-tall side dividers.

• Internet: WiFi service is provided by the Benton Convention Center.
