Dates: Thursday and Friday, July 23-24, 2026

Location: Sherrill Center/Kimmel Arena on the beautiful University of North Carolina – Asheville campus. 227 Campus Drive, Asheville, North Carolina 28804

We offer face-to-face exhibit booths and virtual exhibitions in our Whova convention app. Simply put, that means more exposure, which means more leads - more bang for your buck!

Exhibitor Booths: 

• Single Booth: $750/booth, comes with a 45-minute breakout session.
  
  
• Double Booth: $1,500/booth, comes with two 45-minute breakout sessions.
  
  
• Sponsor Booth: $3,000/booth, comes with two 45-minute breakout sessions, banner placement on stage and prominent booth placement.

Each exhibit space comes with tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi and electricity.

When submitting a proposal, you may need to register or log in.

• Members & Returning Guests - Log in to your account. Once you are logged in, click the "New Submission" button near the bottom of the page.
