Your NC SHAPE Board is hard at work preparing for the 2020 Virtual State Convention which will be held online Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, November 1-3.

• The Alliance Associations are also finalizing the details for over 125 virtual sessions!
• The virtual convention will be presented using the Whova event app. The Whova app is free and works with Android devices, iPhones, iPads, Macs, tablets, and Windows computers.

LIVE "Mini-Convention" Whova App Preview

We are planning to have a "dry run" Mini-Convention on Saturday, September 19th. This will provide an opportunity for everyone who is pre-registered to gain a better understanding of the Whova App that we will be using as our staging platform for this year's Virtual State Convention. We will also record sessions from the Mini-Convention and provide them both on our NC SHAPE Website and in future email blasts.

Online Election and Referendum

Details are also being finalized for the online election of a new NC SHAPE Vice President and an electronic referendum on revisions to the Alliance Constitution.
