Costs: Early bird registration is $325 for non-NC SHAPE members and $275 for NC SHAPE members. The price includes lunch for two days. This price is comparable and in line with the typical costs for other national events. Please note that you must be an NC SHAPE member when registering for the $50 discount.
2024 Keynoters Include: NC SHAPE is pleased to announce the following Health & Physical Education experts and national leaders are booked to speak at this one-of-a-kind event.
Hotel Accommodations: Please note that we have secured approximately 200 rooms between the Embassy Suites (primary hotel) and the Double Tree (overflow). We anticipate a turn-away crowd.

(Overflow) Double Tree, 199 Haywood, Asheville, NC 28801. This is the sister property of the Embassy Suites and right across the street from Embassy. Registration for this site will be activated once the Embassy Suites has reached capacity.
